Take ACTION CLICK this LINK and Protect Broadband JOBS  New York State is looking at $1.6 billion in funding for broadband. However, without any labor protections, this money could go to low-road contractors, often from out of state, who rush through jobs and compromise both worker safety and the quality of the networks.

Stand with Union Veterans. Veterans and working people are facing the same issues—a lack of good jobs, access to quality health care, and the need for racial and economic justice. The Union Veterans Council brings working-class veterans together to speak out on the issues that impact us most, especially the need for good jobs and a strong, fully funded and staffed VA.

This is to inform you that the CWA National will be announcing the application process for the CWA Joe Beirne Foundation’s scholarship for the 2022-2023 school year. The Foundation’s Board of Directors has approved the awarding of sixteen (16) partial college scholarships of $4,000 each for two years.
