Today August 15, 2019 we gathered to remember our Brother Gerry Horgan on the 30th anniversary of his passing, struck down by a scab while valiantly fighting for benefits & a fair contract during the 1989 strike.  Please take the time to view the video of "Why We Wear Red" and remember Gerry.

Verizon Members: Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Effective July 1, 2019, Health Care and Dependent Care Spending Accounts will transition to a new third party administrator, "Wage Works" There are no changes to the plan.There is a two page attachment which has all of the information regarding the transition and a copy of what the new debit card will look like.

This Memorial Day, CWA Local 1103, honors the over 1.1 million American veterans that paid the ultimate sacrifice. Memorial Day is not a celebratory weekend, rather a time to reflect, grieve and honor for the ones we have lost in the military service of our country.  Yet, when the day is done, the bugle call sounds retreat, there is much we can do to support the fallen and injured.

ELIGIBILITY:  All high school seniors that will be graduating this year and attending an institution of higher academic or professional training in 2019 and your son or daughter who are a 1st, 2nd or 3rd year college student and applying for one of the Scholarship Awards a transcript of last semester’s grades must be attached to confirm eligibility.
