Assemblyman Buchwald to Urge Lewisboro and North Salem Residents to be Skeptical of Verizon's Plan to Replace Landlines with "Voice Link"

CWA Active Members need Verizon Retirees to come out and support our jobs!  If you enjoy your retiree benefits, have children that work for Verizon, and support good Middle-Class jobs you need to come out and support your Active Sisters and Brothers! 

WHAT: State Assemblyman David Buchwald, will hold a press conference concerning Verizon’s efforts to replace copper-wire landlines with “Voice Link” a product that routes all calls through a cellular network.     

CWA has declared that this proposed change is a serious threat to thousands of CWA Telecom jobs and to other workers within the community that benefit from a healthy Middle-Class workforce in Westchester/Putnam counties.
