There are only three (3) HMOs that are active and open to our members. They are:

808 - Capital District Physicians Health Plan

825 - Blue Alliance NY ( Excellus BCBS of Central NY)

843- Univera Healthcare NY

There are five other HMOs in our area that our members are now in but are frozen to new members. They have been frozen for years.
