Times-Herald Reports on Vz Service

The Times-Herald Record reports that: The PSC now focuses on Verizon's "core" customers, or those who are elderly, have health issues and/or lack an alternative to Verizon's wire-line phone service. It's been the PSC's position that marketplace competition would induce the company to quickly respond to the needs of others. The Attorney General's Office disagrees, and wants the PSC's spotlight to shine on service to all customers.
