4th Quarter Surplus Declared in Verizon and Verizon Business

Verizon has declared a surplus in Verizon and Verizon Business. The surplus at Verizon is due to a process change so FAP articles 8(b) and 10 will not apply. The surplus at Verizon Business could lead to a lay-off, however, volunteers will be solicited within article 8 area.
