Organizing New Workers-Update

CWA Local 1103, (the “Union”) filed a petition for investigation and certification of representation for The Town of Somers Librarians. Workers across the nation are joining unions. The Librarians chose CWA Local 1103 because they know we are the Local that fights and wins. Organizing new workers is a Local 1103 priority. We have been and are currently conducting outreach to all of our unionized units and members. The best recruiters are our members. We will keep you posted on developments as it pertains to the Town of Somers Librarian campaign.
